today we wanted to eat six on coffee and cake in this restaurant. in the restaurant were only 4 other tables occupied and they had to eat part already. we were ignored and had to draw attention to ourselves. even after that, the service came to other guests and ran past us. after which we waited for a menu for over 20 minutes we were up and gone. then the service came and wanted to know if we were satisfied! we then told her we waited so long and her answer was that it was so stressful today. (I have worked as an operation myself and can only shake the head as this can have been anything but overwhelmed...)Very disappointing! no further recommendation!
on a beautiful summer day this must be an iconic place. the view of the lake and the surroundings, and the evening light when the sun is set is remembered. the terrace is very large and beautiful. the service is very good and the food first class, until dessert. the cream brulee looked beautiful, tasted ok, but it wasn't cb as it should be. I also asked about an expensive schnapps, and it was brought into the glass, no bottle. I asked and they immediately produced the bottle. it should have been standard procedure. otherwise we enjoyed the evening with som live music.
only because of the grandiose view it is worth visiting in the beautiful view. but also the hotel restaurant does not need to hide. the rooms modern and cozy, the restaurant convincing in service and performance. the dishes appetizing, innovativ and visually attractive, fine and convincing in taste. also the wine card leaves no wish open, especially the local weine deserve big praise. the service also harmoniously to the rest - present, professional and competent.Everything in all a great restaurant where everything is right.

the restaurant offers one of the best views over the length of the constanze sees (bodensee.) eating is very good, but if you want a table at the rande of the balcony, you should make a reservation in advance. the prices are sufficient and they pay. a bit for the beautiful view.
I look forward to every journey of service that leads me here - very cozy rooms with a sea view - this time deeply snowed - and on Saturday it reopened. that eat something good! the personal is very friendly and well trained. hr eddi ensures that the young learn something.
