We were 4 and had a reservation for a table on the coast we have a table, but not on the coast and a rather shady comment....we are solid booked and there are two tables for people with reservations. Okay, that was... a not too nice greeting. However, the food was quite good and quite a lot with some restrictions: The steak, ordered medium rarely was more medium-heavy than rare and covered with an unwanted and unordered sauce with pepper above. The other dishes were good. However, it took 25 minutes from taking the desert menu to be asked what we want for desert. My impression was that the waiters were a little too relaxed. next to the water of Lake Neusiedler it is an absolutely amazing location. Unfortunately, the food is just above average, as the quality is not consistent. Starters tuna tars and goos liver were good. As the main course we had baked pasta with potato salad... which was average, as the salad did not look good and tasted. The octopus would have been good if he had not been killed by too much oil along with too much nuts. Wine is good, but red wine, in my opinion, is served too warm. unfortunately in general under our expectations
An interesting concept on the lake Neusiedl in Jois Burgenland, with a limited by modern menu and local wines. Nice conservatory for those chilly days. The food was good if on the salty side. Pumpkin risotto had a bit too much cheese but was otherwise...good. Friendly service. The lovely outdoor space right at the lake is definitely a highlight. Nice to have the Hilliger secco as a wine option.

No one around a wet September night, but this has not prevented the very friendly staff from producing two excellent Zander main dishes and contrasting glasses from various local white wines and supplementing the fish. We appreciate the effort, the product and the... restrictive prices. Recommended.
very nice and cosy place - but way toooo expensive! good for a drink or coffee but not more! I always come back as this place is extremely nicely located. that´s their key asset - restaurant is not worth the money - unfortunately;-(

Great location with an amazing water panorama. Service was kind, food was excellent. We tasted local wines and enjoyed the sunset on the terrace.We absolutely recommend it.

They have a terrace overlooking the small marina. Friendly service. Nice wine and delicious sorbets.
