Restaurant Shilla - Réserver une table

Points to improve : Service for a big group very bad and unorganized. I booked 3 weeks in advance a table for 20 people at 8 pm so that the restaurant is prepared. The restaurant was very careful and called me 3 times before that date to be sure that I'm confirming and I did. Since it was a celebration I arrived at 8 pm to make sure I can welcome my friends and guests. To my surprise the tables were not ready for us. And i was trying to find someone who can help in the restaurant and set everything. My friends had to wait until some other tables are free so that they can add them to another big table. It looked like that the restaurant was not ready at all. And my friends hat to lift tables...

Horrific service. Servers forget our orders, then charged us for extra things we didnt order and probably hoped we don’t notice. We were a group of 4 and they only gave us 4 lettuce leaves and didnt refill when asked. The food is okay, not really authentic and they didn’t serve us any side dishes (they forgot? . For the high price (50fr+ per person it is not worth it. If you want korean food just go to Misoga instead. No idea how this place has such a high rating

The food is great! The employees are very friendly. The restaurant filled up quickly, so it's worth making a reservation first. The only negative point is the portion size, which is rather small for this price. Otherwise highly recommended.

Dined in for dinner after a year. I must say the quality is still top and the service was really helpful and efficient!! It was a bit cold near the window
