I've never had Vietnamese food before and even funnier that the first time I did was in France.We arrived just and they were closing for the night and about to lock the front door. Having just driven from the south of France we were all staving hungry and I asked if they could help us out and they agreed to let us in and eat. We were all thrilled.Having shown how great they were already I went one more step to trust them to order for me as I didn't have a clue what to order. On top of this we had to pay up front so they could leave just the chef to lock up. What a gamble.....I can't tell you how great the food was and how well it was cooked, only that if you are near this place, you have to go here. It was incredible. I have already been looking up Vietnamese restaurants near me as a result of this restaurant. Great food, great staff.
this is an incredibly cheaper place for the quality of food when considering that it is in france where nothing is cheap. service was very friendly but not transmitted. the bier saigon was beautiful and complemented the eating nicely. eating is not Chinese, so don't go. it expects sweet and acidic pig, etc. my prawn curry was exquisite full of fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce that was not oily. also the praised court of my wife was beautiful. nine euro for one main with rice one or two euro depending on which they have. beer three euro, hit the 8.50 I paid yesterday! it was a big room and they were not many people in, but we were early and the weather was not great. parking was abundantly early on a Sunday evening. if they stop in this city, they should check this place.
came after 2 years back to this restaurant and it is the worst as before. eating is okay, but the service is really terrible. a waitress does not speak or understands French hexe makes them really frustrated as they need to repeat. the other woman who works there is very rude. it is not very nice to see all dirty plates of customers on the floor next to the bar.
we came here for a meal with our two children and the staff could not have been more friendly. they gave me great care to be koeliac and need gluten-free food. the children could order an ice cream for pudding that were not on the children...Menu the eating we ate was plentiful and tasty. all round a great experience. we would recommend.
