Wir waren geschäftlich im Wasserpalast untergebracht und leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und ich habe sogar einen Ausschlag von Bettwanzen bekommen – ein absolutes No-Go. Das Frühstück war leider auch nur durchschnittlich und nicht besonders einladend. Für ein Hotel, das Gäste beruflich oder privat empfängt, erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Sorgfalt. In der aktuellen Form kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nette Chefinnen, Chefs, und Mitarbeiter! Ausgezeichnet das Essen, dabei findet jeder was. Und, Trommelwirbel: die Saft _Getränke und Wasser im Preis des Menüs included, das wäre auch sehr schön, wer sowas mag halt!
Sehr freundliches Personal und unkompliziert...Zimmer sauber und alles da was man braucht...Frühstück ausreichend...werden in Zukunft gerne wieder kommen!
Tolles Chinesisches Restaurant mit sehr vielen guten Säften. Auch das Buffett ist vielseitig und ausgewogen.
