Great stadium level has been moved into the province, so you can call the occasion that in Bünde with the restaurant ZUM ADLER there is now finally a gastronomy that meets pleasure lovers, in which there is a great selection of tasty wines and other lovingly prepared drinks. By the way, champagne is also presented glass-wise a real rarity and a highlight. I am professionally constantly in the region, with business friends regular guest in restaurants and my pleasure is great that there is this great restaurant with excellent cuisine, a very accommodating service and a friendly atmosphere. Another great and convincing concept!

We stayed at the eagle on Thursday and had a table reserved for six people. There's a lot to tell. The restaurant is really top. I had the three-course menu from the weekly card for 39, Euro. The food was excellent. The plates were beautifully dressed. For the served performance, this is an absolutely reasonable price. The service was friendly and quick. Both the welcome and the adoption were right. We'll probably have more visits.

Wonderful location to spend a nice evening with friends with excellent food and delicious drinks. We visited the eagle with a group of 8 people and I must say: very nice and courteous service, very nicely prepared plates with great food. This restaurant has missed in Bünde and closes a gap. See you soon!

The restaurant is highly recommended. It offered a culinary experience of a special kind. During our visit to the Bünder Onion Market we were attentive to The Adler. The steak was cold after it went back to the kitchen it took almost 30 min to a new one. This was then already cut.
