at the first visit of the restaurant we were very satisfied, but for the second time we had to leave it locally again, as no more space was free. a family was willing to pay prematurely to make the table free for us. like we after 10 min. we were told that we would take one table in the next room, very uncomfortable standing. when we insisted on the table that we had erased, the houselord made us unfriendly that she had here and we had to accept the table assigned to us. even if we told her again that the family had made the table for us extra free, we were asked to take the table in the next room or leave it locally. what we did then. it is a pity that the excellent location was so degraded...
Essen sehr guet. Wenn Mann bezahlt hat und geht. Dürfte man ein Adieu erwarten und danke sagen.Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Viele Leute wurden abgewiesen. Sei alles reserviert !! Solche Personen wo man kannte und nicht reserviert hatten durften an einem Tisch Platz nehmen. Service Aufmerksamkeit sehr schlecht. 8 Personen sind aufgestanden, da sie zulange niicht bedient worden sind. Das kann es ja nicht sein. Schade man könnte mehr Umsatz machen , wenn sie flexibler wären. Organisation im Service fehlt. Leider !!
Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants, kam mir der Geruch von gut bürgerliche italienische Küche entgegen. Eine sehr uhrige und rustikale Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Getränke und das Essen wurden sehr schnell serviert und schmeckten hervorragend. Die Besitzer machten einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck.
Ganz tolles, kleines Restaurant. Sehr gute italienische Küche und tolle Empfehlungen der Bedienung. Wir haben hier mehr als 2 Stunden bei leckerem Essen und kühlen Getränke verbracht, ohne das es jemals als Wartezeit empfunden wurde. Einfach nur zu empfehlen, wenn man mal zur Ruhe kommen möchte!

we have been looking for a nice place to eat in arbon after our bike tour from lindau. came over raffaele cucina italiana restaurant. we were very welcome to eat was fantastic as the service of danilo. highly recommended by brian and donna. uk.
such a great and cozy restaurant! with the world's best tiramisu for me...that was soou fine, there had to be a second portion...very more sympathetic and very good people in the kitchen. we'll be back.
in the evening our visit on the terrace has enjoyed very much. they should get a table as popular. main dish meat and fish dishes were delicious and service was attentive with a smile:
