my first experience at an assador, a typical restaurant in Spain for its high quality grilled meat. I drove from alicante to granada and saw the outside door open. the city is velez rubio, with a beautiful catedral called incarnation, the assador espadin served the best meat I had in Europe. taste, presentation, quality, quality of the waiter, delicious wine. it almost stopped me in my trip to alicante. the price is appropriate for the high standard of the place. I loved it!
