Myself and my friend arrived at around 19.15h on 01.04.2022. We were informed that the kitchen did not open until 20.00h and we said we were happy to wait and have a drink until food was being served. We ordered a drink each and waited until 20.00h. As we waited, all the tables around us had cutlery laid out on them except ours and none of the staff asked if we wished to order food. There were three other tables in the restaurant near us who were all served and received food whilst we were repeatedly ignored by the waitress on duty. She walked passed us several times whilst we attempted to get her attention and we were disregarded. I do not understand why the staff did not want to serve us....
Mr. CHESCO was the only reason why we stayed to have Christmas Eve lunch at this restaurant, as the hostess was the rudest person we had ever encountered anywhere with no attempts to wear her mask on her nose when addressing us at a foot's distance. She was condescending, mocking our concern for social distancing and other questions about seating arrangements. Even though we had booked a table and specifically requested an outdoor table with heaters, we were never told there was no such option (even though at the time of booking, outdoor seating was one of the available options). Just as we were debating whether to stay or leave, CHESCO stepped in as though from a fairytale and saved the day...
We are staying at the hotel and wanted some late lunch snacks and drinks. We went to the outside restaurant area and found an empty table the outside restaurant was not busy and we sat down at a table for two. We waited a few moments and then the waitress Susi came over and asked if we had a reservation. I said that we did not but that we were staying at the hotel. I said that we would like some drinks and food and she said that without a reservation we needed to sit in the sun not the shade. I felt that as we were English she did not want us to be in the restaurant area. I was pretty upset that we she did not want to serve us. Entrando en el hotel Playafels, está el restaurante El Embarcadero, llegué antes de tiempo y me atendió una chica que me acompaño a la mesa, muy amable y atenta. Cuando ya estábamos todos, pedimos y empezamos a probar los platos que degustábamos muy satisfactoriamente, ceviche de langostinos, con esos toques ácidos impresionantes, me encantó. La ensaladilla, la fritura de cazón, gamba y calamar, muy buena elección también, pero el canelón de ave con ese toque de trufa, está buenísimo!...Llega el turno de los segundos y con dos de ellos, tuvimos un percance evidente, que solucionaron lo antes posible, sin inconveniente alguno, seguimos con los postres, por cierto, para los chocolateros, no de...

Ayer estuvimos en el restaurante Embarcadero de Castelldefels. El comedor dispone de unas vistas increíbles a la playa, la decoración es mediterránea y muy agradable. La carta es muy variada de productos de máxima calidad, nosotros disfrutamos del famoso arroz de Castelldefels, muy recomendable, y unos entrantes muy originales, los postres de autor. La bodega muy bien surtida, fuimos muy bien aconsejados por el jefe de sala. En definitiva un restaurante muy bien situado y de una cocina excelente, y muy bien atendidos por todo el personal.
Almuerzo en pareja. Reserva previa. Buena acogida. Mesa interior con vistas a la playa. Entrantes: chipirones y mejillones al vapor para compartir, seguido del típico arroz de Castelldefels. Vino blanco del Pla de Bages. Todo de calidad notable. Remarcar servicio atento y complaciente, que entiende el catalán y se esfuerza por hablarlo. Precios en consonancia.
Nous avons passé un très agréable dimanche midi avec des amis. le cadre est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Un service attentionné et chaleureux. la nourriture est raffinée. Ruoz de marisco succulent. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens. Dans la semaine, le menu est très bien accompagné d'une dégustation variée de plats.
Precioso lugar cerca de Barcelona ,buenas vistas restaurante acogedor muy bien ambiente el personal genial muy amable ,profesional y muy atento recomiendo 100 %100 ambiente tranquilo y disfrutando de las vistas de la playa de Castelldefels
