Restaurante el Saman

We went to El Saman for lunch at Santander. We arrived there with pure happiness that we only stopped because there was a lot of traffic to get to the city, so there is the first plus: great location! Open places and a swing and trampoline for the children and it is not on the street! (Who on many city restaurants we visited in the region is quite scary. Now for dinner: amazing. Typical food from Santander but really well cooked and presented. We had the Punta de Anca, the Lomo and the Mazorcada. With abundant aji and yuca frita everything was delicious. We stopped at El Saman on the way to Barichara. The restaurant is very open next to what it looks like to be a cattle market. Despite the situation, here we had some of the best food on our trip. Delicious, perfectly cooked steaks and ribs and fantastic service. They also brought food that we had not ordered (free of charge), such as hay ccafries with various sauces, salads and even a small dessert. All this for about £10 per person. I would certainly recommend this place!

Can be one of the best meat we had in South America. Yeah, in Colombia, not in Argentina or something. The supplements are also great. Especially the different sauces. The service is also very good.

The pizza is delicious, the delicious oreada. is an excellent choice on the road between bocaramanga-Bogotá. we will return.
