Restaurante Il Filetto

Took some family members here for lunch last trip to Bogota. It lived up to most of the positive things I had heard about this place.The location and atmosphere are very nice and somewhat upscale. Linens and facilities are quality. Food and beverage were superb. The only gap was service. Not tremendously pleasant wait staff. They seemed impatient to take our order and then the food took a LONG time to come. They said they had a large group upstairs that put things behind in the kitchen...but they should have reported to us on this before or periodically during our meal.When we tasted the food, we forgave the wait. Very good Italian Restaurant in Bogota. Small not very expensive. Good honest food. Some af us asked for the rissoto with fungi, mushrooms), very good. Other asked for Tagliatelli cooked in Parmigiano Reggiano of 36 months. Very good. Service recomendable. We like this Restsurant. The...manager and Sommelier excelent

Excelente restaurante; buen servicio, los vinos espectaculares y la comida muy en su punto. El sitio es muy bonito especialmente el primer piso en la parte de atrás y al final te puedes llevar unas deliciosas galletas o un souvenir...

I really enjoy going over and over to Il Filetto. The food is great, the wine is wonderful, and the people there are really friendly. I love the pear Rissotto, and the Salmon Tartare!!!

La carta tiene buena opciones en pastas y carnes a la parrilla, tiene música en vivo y la ambientación es muy agradable...recomendado!!
