Restaurante La Casa del Marisco

I just finished my meal at La casa del marisco and all I can say that it was meh... I had multiple types of seafood, but all of them kind a tasted the same. Also the food was quite dry. I also didn't get what I ordered, when I told that to the waiter he said I ordered what he gave me. I'm pretty sure I know the difference between patacones and papas fritas.On the upside the meal was more than enough for one person, and the taste of everything that I ate was okay.Based on the reviews I must have had some bad luck today.

The atmosphere inside is quite inviting it's comfortable and that includes the warm welcome of the owners Carlos and Marcela. The waiter provided recommendations and we went with his choices as Casuela de Mariscos, ceviche, Sierra, Lobsters, everything was delicious, amazing across the board.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Prices were very reasonable.If you are traveling to Riohacha you must try this restaurant.

We went there on a monday, the only day that the most things close early in Riohacha, but this restaurant was open. It was a little bit more expensive then I used to in other places of Colombia (most dishes where around 30.000 peso's) but the quality was very good. We had both a cazuela, and it tasted gorgeous. Food came out soon and it was a good portion. I recommend this restaurant!

Nice restaurant, food and prices. Great place want to come back. Also you can try a juice from a local fruit called corozo.

You have to try calamar full of shrimps!!! It's small but the service is wonderful and the food is really good.
