We are accustomed to the Mexican/South American restaurants we love. the more authentic, the more we trip! So it's full of expectations that we went to the 'senor sombrero' for my husband's birthday. When we arrived, we immediately enjoyed the decor and the atmosphere, the reception was correct, no more. service a little slow, but real disappointment is at the level of food itself. the guacamole was really too salty, (not just a little), and lacked punch. We ordered the 'plato senor sombrero' and a mini taquitos entrance. Everything tasted the same thing! No nuance in flavors, it was cruelly lacking spices, vegetables, variety.
