We enjoyed one of the finest meals we have ever had in this hidden gem of a restaurant tucked in the unassuming town of Berriz. The hordes of gastronauts may be clamoring towards the hills of Axpe and I encourage them to do so as I will relaxingly dig into the classic “jatetxea” fare at Pedro Juan. This bistro revolves around embracing it’s patrons as family and we were warmly greeted by their exceedingly professional staff there.
