Mimosa is located in the Hotel Plaza and worth the visit, especially if you are staying in the hotel. We dined both nights for dinner and were pleased with the service and the quality of the food. The first night I chose the duck and loved the flavor and portion size. My wife had Mediterranean lamb which was highly flavored. The lamb, however, seemed to have been roasted with too much fat attached to the meat, which left the lamb with a "strong" taste to it. The second night I had escargot and a caesar salad with shrimp. As one of the 5 occupied tables in the entire restaurant, I ordered the Scallops, Asian Short Rib with Creme Brule. Not a short rib, it came with vermicelli noodles that were still raw and visibly contorted to a package shape. This was further disappointing as the beef was cold in the middle. Giving them a chance to make it right, it came back hot on the inside and still cold on the outside with the piece I spit out still on the top. Even more disappointimgly, the waitress told me that the cook says that white rice vermicilli noodles are supposed to be hard. Ridiculous!The Creme Brule was burnt rather than caramelized. I had a wonderful dining experience, for my appetizer I had the sautéed scallops with olive tapenade. The scallops were beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. And for my main I had the duck with A maple honey demi-glaze. The duck was perfectly pink and the demi-glaze was delicious. The servers were polite and attentive, all in all I had an amazing dining experience and I look forward to returning and trying other dishes they have to offer.

The meal was very good, and enjoyed by both of us. My companion had the ribs which she found very tasty and satisfying, I had the lamb shank, which was tasty, but rather tough, It was difficult to cut through the outer layer of muscle, and was a bit too fatty. the Crème Brulee was excellent. The service was excellent and the waitresses very pleasant. All in all, a good experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Malheureusement, les points positifs sont rares. Calmars frits au point d'être bruns et de se tenir en brique. Penne sauce rosée aux champignons et proscuito. ..vous l'aurez deviné, grillé au point de rendre la sauce brune. Merci à notre serveuse pour son bon travail.

I had a delicious "moules la provençal". Since the portion that evening was "all you can eat", the waitress asked me if I wished a second serving. I confirmed, and was given the choice for a different style, so I got the "moules la marinière", equally great taste.

Première fois à ce resto. Nous avons mangé du homards avec riz et légumes grillés, repas très goûteux, homards cuit à point et service impeccable. Très surpris qu'il n'y avait pas plus de monde pour un vendredi soir
