Tout simplement incroyable ! Mon mari ne pouvait pas avoir assez et nous recommençons cet endroit sans hésitation ! Tout était parfait ! Les plats, de la première morsure à la dernière, étaient SAVOUREUX, les serviables, souriant, accueillant, etc... Toute l'expérience était un vrai plaisir. Continuez votre beau travail, une grande équipe de cuisine dans la salle à manger! Merci. Merci. Entrées à ne pas manquer: feta fouetté avec betterave, hallumi tempura et que dire des Falafel ... First visit to “Timbré”. Very warm welcome and our waitress was very polite and helpful.The food was fantastic! The wings with the sauces as a starter were succulent as well as the squid which was cooked perfectly and not rubbery!What can we say about the portions for the poutine meal! Often other restaurants will sell you a semblance of poutine for double the price.The prices were basically good apart from the drinks which were a bit expensive!Otherwise in general I highly recommend this restaurant if you are local or simply passing through!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with outstanding service (thank you, Ruth!) and delicious food. It's definitely a place worth trying in Nicolet. The tartars are likely seasonal, so your menu may differ. The one I had was fantastic, and the salad was spot on. The burger was exceptional, and the fries were crispy and tasty. There's a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, but be aware that there is only one restroom available, which could lead to a wait during busy hours.
