Retta Mae's - Réserver une table

I've eaten at many small town cafés that were excellent, but this café was well below average. The food was over cooked and plain. They said the food was homemade, but I am a chef and I can tell you, it is not. All my food was processed and bought from a wholesaler. The service was exceptionally kind, but it was at a snails pace. It took me 12 min. to get a server and 59 min. to get my food. Other patrons in the restaurant were having the same problem. My recommendation: DO NOT eat at this restaurant, you will be disappointed!

Lots of really good reviews on the food and service just wish we could have tried it. I guess everyone was in the kitchen cuz they sure weren't out front. There was one other person seated in the restuarant texting on their phone, not sure if it was an employee or customer.

Very good home cooking. .. anybody traveling should stop to eat here. Wonderful customer service! !! Very refreshing from the service we received in California. ..

Good burgers And the chicken fried steak was good.
