I dined at Revolución De Cuba Liverpool for a bottomless brunch yesterday based on a friend's recommendation. We were greeted with complimentary chips and dip along with a mimosa, but the portion was rather small for three of us. It took us 40 minutes to get our first drink because no one came to offer refills, and nobody was at the bar when we went to ask for more. We visited on a Sunday evening when the bar was relatively quiet, having sought shelter from the rain, and we were glad we did. The cocktail menu showcased a wonderful selection of unique options, though there were no draft beers available at that time. Instead, we were offered a bottled cider, which was quite nice. I always appreciate the vibe at Revolución De Cuba Liverpool. This visit, we tried the bottomless brunch, and it was amazing! We were delighted by the amount of drinks we got during our time. Although the food portions were somewhat small, the value for the drinks made it worthwhile.
