Le Rex Café - Réservation de table

The welcome is good and the decor is nice. We went there on a hot day. The meal was complicated, because there was no air conditioning, but no fan either. The map is very nice to read, but perhaps offers too many things. We had come to try the oriental dishes, but of the three types offered, only tagines were available. We had a few starters, as well as tagines. Everything was good, especially the tagines, which were generously served. It’s a shame that the support service was not as advertised and that we were not consulted beforehand. The establishment has great potential, particularly with its pleasant team, but there is still some fine-tuning to be done.

Un incontournable pour y déguster avec passion le cocktail du jour ou un de ceux présents sur la carte préparés par le talentueux et accueillant Gilbert. Avec un peut plus l'hôtel de Paris. À tester. Quant au Mojito c'est un 10/10, sans parler des excellents smoothieBref un détour s'impose après une rude journée de travail ... sans compter les soirées surprisesÀ venir et revenir sans modération

Very nice server who patiently explained and translated the menu for us. We ended up getting a burger, a pizza, and the chicken tajine. The tajine had some interesting flavours, the pizza was big for the price, but the burger was a bit tough (fries were really good though). Atmosphere was nice and the place was cozy. There was a bowl of popcorn for us to eat while we waited for our food.

The place is nice and the atmosphere too. Go there alone or with friends the result will be even better, their menu is varied with dishes each tastier than the other. Their Mojitos are superb with one of the best prices in Vevey and their burgers are just mouthwatering (with the bonus of original names). Réservez une table maintenant

2 hour wait for the couscous the alarm went off several times it was just horrible the servers are slow and forget a lot of things I wouldn't go back there not a bad experience the families arrived 1 hour after us they were served before us really disrespectful

Very good restaurant! Beautiful cuisine, menu accessible to all, warm setting in a cinematic context for its link with the Rex cinema in Vevey. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I advise all customers who want to see a film to stop and eat there.
