the rheinwacht is a traditional German pub/restaurant visited by locals. it has a bavarianic cottage restaurant on the rheins. eating is rustic and German with generous portions. they serve good German beer. we had made a walk through the Rhine and stopped here for lunch. we were very welcome; the meal was tasty and we would go back in the face of the possibility.
On Sunday 13.11.22 there is an old and wooden jack steak with gratin ordered, small gratin peel and medium to English* fried steak. Delicious food and friendly staff. You can sit outside right on the Rhine. Of course you pay 1-2€ more. The style must be a natural one.
