Been here once prior and had a great experience. Today, lots of tables dirty and uncleared. Chose a sandwich and when it arrived half ingredients in said sandwich were missing. Chose another one but was charged the extra for new sandwich, despite the inconvenience. Coffee was weak and luke warm. Hubby had soup and this was served with a dirty spoon. Spent more time up going back than sitting and relaxing. Sad really as previously was a great place to stop for coffee /lunch. Disappointing.
Despite what is advertised and what they have been doing for years, this restaurant no longer offers any gluten-free products. One employee initially told me they did, but upon reaching the register, I was informed otherwise. Despite there being several vegan options available, which is a dietary choice, the staff was rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this establishment.
This cafe is fantastic, friendly, and inviting. The staff is helpful and polite, and the service is fast. The vanilla latte is delicious, and the vegan banana bread is absolutely tasty! Definitely worth trying. The cafe is charming, inviting, and warm.
The nicest place you can go for any food or any drinks! The place is beautiful and the staff are lovely. Whenever i’m out in warrington and want food this is my go to place. Always a seat to sit at and quick service! Love love love. Réservez une table maintenant
The coffee consistently holds up to high standards, but the real standout at this place is the friendly staff. They make you feel like a valued customer, and for regulars, it seems like they already know your order.
Not been on town for a while. Had to come back for our favourite coffee. The new addition of a sea salt and chocolate cookie was a delight. As ever it was impeccable service. Keep it up you lovely folk!
