Riad - Réservation de table

Ordered from the Mr Beast app. The food was ready on time, but I walked into an empty restaurant with a girl standing behind the bar. She was on speaker phone with a man who was either doing math homework or adding up tips. Regardless she sits my order onthe bar and barely look at me. I asked her if everything was there. She shoots me an annoyed look. I left and my order isn'tright at all. What a terrible first experience. Will be my last. If you're looking for a dirty place with horrible costumerservice, run, don't walk to Riad. Posting pics of the 3 burgers I ordered and the 3 burgers I received.

I made a reservation for my wife and myself on our anniversary last Wednesday. When we arrived, a man was sitting in a booth and informed us that they had closed early. It was only 6:30pm, and we had made reservations in advance. My wife mentioned our reservation, but the man begrudgingly agreed to serve us. I couldn't believe it! This kind of service is unacceptable and will surely drive customers away. I was extremely embarrassed, especially since I had been speaking highly of the restaurant. They should definitely consider closing down with such rude behavior.

J'ai fait une réservation pour ma femme et moi pour notre anniversaire de mariage mercredi. Quand nous sommes arrivés, un gars était assis dans une cabine et nous a dit qu'ils fermaient tôt. C'était et encore une fois, nous avions des réserves. Ma femme leur a dit que nous avions des réservations, le gars a bien dit, je suppose que je vais vous servir. Vous plaisantez j'espère! C'est le type de service qui obtient une place sans entreprise. J'étais tellement gêné que j'avais parlé de l'endroit. Il devrait fermer. Si vulgaire

I don't typically write negative reviews, but the manager at this restaurant tonight was as incompetent as a submarine with doors. Our order was missing items and some of our food was burnt to the point of being inedible. When we called to inform management, they were not helpful or empathetic, and instead chose to argue with us. A single shoe would have a better personality and competency than this manager. Overall, the customer service was horrible. Réservez une table maintenant

I made a reservation on Wednesday for my wife and I. When we were there, a guy sat in a booth and told us they were closed early. It was 18:30, and again we had reservations. My wife said we had reservations, the guy said well, I think I'll go and serve you. Are you kidding? This is the type of service that gets a place no business. I was so embarrassed when I talked the place up. It should close. How rude.

Consistently delicious gyros and yet another excellent experience! I accidentally left my purse there last night and the owner came in outside of their hours of operation to make sure that it was returned to me this morning. You can't beat that level ofcustomer service! I will definitely be returning soon!

Came to see the Arthur Duncan Jazz Trio!!! The Music, Food, and Drinks were Absolutely Outstanding!!!! ???? Try the Greek platter and the Green Pineapple drink! Good selection of beers too!!! Relaxing ???? Yes, I meant the Arabic platter!!! Thedrinks ???? were awesome...lol

Have eaten here a few times, always get the Gryo. Going to try kebabs next time, here is a gyro meal with baklava. Meat is very good quality, baklava very well made. I've eaten alot I'd know. ???? Réservez une table maintenant
