I 'm a fan of Rib City because unlike a certain popular rib place on the other side of town {ahem}, Rib City still offers baby back ribs! Yes I love a good steak, but I prefer my ribs to be pork. To each their own. I would rate their baby backs as very good. Now, there 's a rib place in Longmont where the meat falls right off the bone when you pick up a rib, and that sets my bar for excellence pretty high. The full rack of baby back ribs was surprisingly small. This $20 serving of ribs is what used to be the lunch-sized half rack for $12. The mac and cheese was rubbery, so we opted for their consistently good BBQ beans instead. While the food was tasty, it felt overpriced for a fast-casual chain.
Delicious! We arrived hungry and left completely satisfied with plenty of leftovers. The service was excellent, there was no wait, and the prices were reasonable. Parking was a breeze—easy in and out. Plus, it's wheelchair accessible, so no concerns there!
Absolutely fantastic! I’m typically hesitant when it comes to barbecue, but this restaurant truly surpassed my expectations! The side dishes were just as tasty as the main courses! I will definitely be back for more.

There were quite a few flies, but considering it was fly season and this is usually not a problem, it was understandable. I highly recommend the big fish sandwich!
