Ricciardo's Ristorante

I had the pleasure of dining at Ricciardo's last Wednesday. One of my dining companions, Linda, and I shared the chili mussels, which were delightful and plentiful. Our vegetarian friend, Wendy, passed on the starters to indulge in dessert. I had the Veal Scallopini, which was incredibly tender and tasty. Wendy opted for a mushroom stack and a garden salad. The food was excellent, but there was so much that she had to ask for the salad to be packed up to take home because it was too good to leave behind. Linda gave the thumbs up to the scotch fillet. Scrumptious dinner tonight. Loved the good, authentic Italian food. The restaurant has a simple elegance, and it was so nice to be able to sit and talk, and not have the noise and echo from the typical 'barn ' style restaurant. I was also very impressed with the kids ' sections how welcome young families must feel when they come. The only issue I had was getting to and from the car the driveway is treacherous for anyone with mobility problems. I nearly stacked it but luckily my poor friend stopped me. Could have been quite nasty...when I come back (and I would love to because the food was wonderful) perhaps there is an easier way of getting to and from the restaurant without risking life and...

This restaurant is extremely family-friendly. The server brought the kids a plate of fruit, as well as Easter eggs, and after the meal, they were given ice cream and marshmallows. There were also plenty of toys for them to play with. The children were happy, which made the parents happy too! The restaurant also had live music, making for a lovely evening. Thank you.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to eat. Food was delicious and good sized portions. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Ambience was lovely. And there was even a bonus garlic bread and dessert thrown in for my daughter. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Réservez une table maintenant

My husband and I love this little local Italian place. The staff are friendly, the meals are a great size and the prices are spot on. Wine list is well priced and coffee is made just right. We will definitely be back again.

Last week, we had an excellent meal at this restaurant! I highly recommend it for families as the kids had a wonderful time on the playground while we enjoyed our meal. Thank you for a fantastic evening out!

We have eaten there a couple of times now and the food has always been excellent. Service more than matched the food as well.
