We’ve always enjoyed every grinder we’ve purchased from Riccotti’s. Lots ofMeat and toppings, we love the grinder rolls they use, always fresh.The staff are always pleasant and always make our food the way we ask.They’re online ordering can be confusing when you’re at “sub toppings required” part, you HAVE to choose something when you just want your (specifically the wraps) made the way the description says. For example the willow tree wrap, it’s required to add a topping but I just want it the way it says in the description, No big deal either way. Maybe add “ make as is” or “no changes” option.Our go to grinder place!
I’m confused why the website says real local veal yet I ordered the. veal parm and what I got was processed veal patties in my sub. Not sure how that’s legal saying they are real and local. Maybe they are locally processed in a factory. The food wasn’t terrible, It’s just insulting to the customer to sell something to someone that it is not. Also if you notice on web they have pics of mostly everything except the “real local” veal parm. I wonder why! On a positive note the staff was really nice and place was clean.
Stopped in while on vacation as it had been a while since I've had a Chourico sub and it was well worth the stop. My husband had the steak,cheese, peppers and onions and liked it so much he wanted to go back again.The manager working was quick, repeated back the order, and hilarious. She even left a a funny joke on our takeout order!This will be a place we'll revisit every time we come back to RI!
Riccotti's Subs is one the best places to be around! Staff is extremely caring and friendly. They remember our names and treat us like family! Not only is the service fantastic so is the food! First time there I was stumped on what to order, The Manager was extremely outgoing and went out of her way to tell me what was popular and answer any questions I had! The manager is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met, she’s also wicked funny when you get her talking. I highly recommend their steak and cheese! This is one of the best sub shops in the area! Thank you for such great service and food! I’ll definitely be coming back. Parking: Easy parking, quick in-and-out Kid-friendliness: Every employee made it a point to talk to my kids, it made their day!
awful quality of food I ordered a large meatball there was literally three meatballs cut in half leaving 6 prices of meatballs. I called talked with Savanna the manager she said that's how they alway make them. They always cut their meatballs in half for almost $16 a sandwich with 3 meatballs in a large.
