Disappointing! I tried to place a takeout order at my favorite Chinese restaurant, Fuwa, but the experience was less than enjoyable. When I called, I was surprised that the employee didn’t seem to know what potstickers were and got our combo dinner details mixed up. He mentioned they had a new menu, which should have been our first clue. When the food arrived, it turned out to be from Rice Bowl instead! I later checked Fuwa's Facebook page and discovered they had closed just a few days prior. It seems Rice Bowl has taken over their phone number without clarifying that they are not Fuwa.

To put it simply, my experience at Rice Bowl Cafe was terrible and completely unjustified the low rating it received. I have a shellfish allergy and ordered the Pad Thai, which is typically served without shellfish. However, my dish contained shrimp hidden beneath the noodles, and I was never informed about it. When my wife raised the issue, the manager argued with her, insisting that she had warned me. The manager even insulted my wife’s intelligence by claiming that all Pad Thai dishes contain shellfish regardless of where they are ordered. Amazing flavor the Chicken fried rice is exquisite has the best flavor in town! Egg-rolls and sweet n sour was flavorful. But the absolute best flavor came from the Szechuan Chicken. Found the one! Cant wait to have it again. I was going to post a photo so everyone could see how good it looked, but I hope this is a better representation! Thank you it was delicious!

Pros: The sushi was very fresh and well-rolled. The Mongolian Beef was fantastic, and the egg rolls were delicious!
Cons: The wontons had too much wrapper. The entree was a bit lacking in the amount of beef this time, and the sushi rolls are smaller than I’d expect for the price.
Fast delivery. The food was good but I'm unsure about the thread on my chicken. That was a little off-putting. Guess it could have been worse though.
Terrible experience at Rice Bowl Cafe. A rude staff member got my order wrong and then yelled at me instead of helping to fix the mistake politely.
Not sure what the bad reviews are about. But we had a great experience. Food was out in less than 5 minutes, and was delicious. We will be back

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The woman who answers the phone is TERRIBLE and shouldn't be working in any job that involves customer service.
This is an affordable spot for lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend dining here after 4 PM.
