We ordered two orders of sesame chicken entree which comes with a side of rice. When the order arrived there was no rice in the bag so when we called the store the lady (Selina) told me that we didn’t specify what kind of rice so they just didn’t put any in the bag. We asked if we could just go up there and pick up the rice and they said “no, you have to go through door dash”. So we contacted door dash who told us that normally redelivery is available but it wasn’t available for Rice Box Express at that time. The dasher who was very willing to go back up there and get the rice was very nice but they wouldn’t just give her the rice. I will not be going there anymore. We also asked if we could just go up there to pick it up ourselves and the said no. Then the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a really long time.
Ordered the combo lo mein. The dish was so salty I only ate a quarter of it. Also from what I ate and saw there was one shrimp in the whole dish. Wife had the beef fried rice. That dish was in her words disgusting the dish was flavorless and seemed like it had been sitting around and reheated. She took one bite and was done. We 've been regular customers since this location opened. The food used to be hit or miss now it 's a huge miss. We are done with this location.
Ordered online and went to pick up a few minutes before quoted pick up time. Wasn't ready, no big deal. I waited in the restaurant for about 15 more minutes and it was ready.Got the lo mein and pot stickers and it's all so delicious!I work in a retail environment so I understand delays and staffing issues.This food is awesome every time I have eaten it!
