The food tasted good, but I don't think my meal was made fresh. I placed my order, and within just five minutes, my food was ready, which makes me think it had been pre-cooked. Additionally, I didn't receive any chicken, unlike what is shown in the pictures. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't be quick to recommend this place to others, to be honest.
I've been coming here since they first opened about 17 years ago. They are my favorite restaurant on Plainfield and some of the best American-Chinese food in all of Grand Rapids. Super kind staff (family run) and amazing prices, along with incredibly flavorful food with great portion sizes. I've never had a bad meal there!
The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly. The portions were generous, and the pricing was reasonable. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I will definitely order again!
Absolutely delicious. egg rolls, chicken& vegetables, and egg drop soup were incredibly flavorful. Super fast takeout service and food was piping hot. Will be back! Réservez une table maintenant
Food was ok shrimp was undercooked and too be honest the lo mein tasted like it was instant noodles asked for extra spicy my child could eat this not spicy at all
The service was quick and friendly. I didn't get the chance to try their Chinese food, but I think I will give it another shot next time.
I don't know why this is considered cheap when the food is quite pricey. Food was decent, but not nearly good enough for the price tag.
