My boyfriend and I decided to try out this restaurant because the photos of the food posted outside the window looked very appetising and we have walked past here a couple of times. We read some reviews online saying the seating area was quite small but the prices were reasonable for the good, so we were prepared to just get a quick bite First, we ordered a cold dish called Boiled Pork with chilli oil and garlic (pictured below). Ricery is a small Chinese restaurant situated in Times Plaza and offers a wide range of modern Asian food cuisine. We ordered a variety of dishes however service was rather slow and each dish was presented only after the previous one was finished. The food had good flavours, however to our disappointment was very oily and portions were relatively small. Overall, our experience here was okay however there is definitely some room for improvement.
poor service and false representation with the shanghai combination noodles. large-format garnels in the picture and not to see any whole garnels on the plate. we complained, they took it away, and brought the same noodles with perhaps even more tiny, half assed garnels. I told them that this is wrong, they don't speak English at all. bad shape, bad customer service. on the plus side the noodles and the early roll were amazing- just as good.
No idea why previous reviews were negative but i enjoyed my experience here. There was a bit of a communication barrier but when food was that good, who cares! Came here on a groupon voucher which entitled me to spend worth of food. Ordered : xiao long bao pan fried dumplings boiled pork with chilli oil and seafood fried rice Every dish that came out looked delicious. Was totally stuffed afterwards. Wouldnt mind coming back.

The food was definitely not up to standard. It was bland with no flavour and underseasoned. The portion sizes are WAY too small for the price that you pay! I read a review about this place that said the same thing, but ignored it, and I am ever so sorry I did. Won't be getting food from here again.
my families come to eat at this place. their eating are amazing. the bean sprout is the favorite of my mother. the fish soup is also hearty and healthy. the drunk huh so delicious. all foods here are delicious
We've just noticed that the price on the bill doesn't match the menu, obviously the rice cracker chicken are more expensive. Very disappointed. Please double check the price on the menu before paying the bill.
it was okay in things ambiente, but eating was terrible. tasteless and embarrassing. halfway through the meal I couldn't like any more. the xiao long bao had a very porous smell and taste that came to me.

will not recommend this when looking for fresh Chinese food. they strangled the tear before us before they serve us. eating was normal, nothing unforgettable. the service was ok.
Food was decent but on the expensive end for hurstville. Noodle soup came out with hair but waitress agreed to change it. Gets crowded most Friday Saturday nights. Wonder why
