Last Thursday, March 25, at 7:05 PM, the two servers turned off the lights, even though the sign on the door indicated that they were open until 8:00 PM. It's disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years. I’m happy to hear that a new New York deli is opening on the corner of Brighton and Ocean Avenue, where the new shops have been built next to the bandstand. Another lost customer added to the tally!

The restaurant you opened today, on New Year's Day, January 1, 2022, was a disappointment. I drove all the way there only to find that you were closed. That's not how to run a business. The quality has significantly declined, and the food isn't good anymore. You've lost me as a customer, along with many others!
