My first visit to this location was as expected, waiting for more time then I would've liked with two people in front of me. But my issue is with my second visit. I went because I wanted their fried dumplings and oxtail. When I went, there were only two dumplings left and the people in front of me weren't ordering them. This was my first time going to this restaurant and it will be my last. Food was poorly packaged and spilled out of the container (which was not closed properly) before I got home. There was no menu for me to view what food items they had available. The service was poor, and the employees were busy having social hour instead of taking orders from the customers. Super disappointed! I’ve heard many different things about the restaurant and I was looking forward to trying it out. What a let down!

Came in yesterday and the lady serving around 3:15pm lightskin Jamaican women was disgustingly rude . Music they were listening to was too loud to the point I had to yell out my order tell them to turn it down . She shouldn’t be serving food , I don’t want all her negative nasty energy going into my food. Was ignoring us on purpose . Never again
The food was decent, but the prices are outrageous. It doesn't make sense for a restaurant to operate without a menu; all you see are the items that come with extra charges. It's unbelievable that a Jamaican restaurant would charge extra for gravy and even lettuce.
The waitstaff is unfriendly, and they rarely offer water. When the restaurant is busy, they spend time chatting in the kitchen instead of attending to customers. Overall, it's the worst customer service I've experienced.
Don't go here. Horrible Service. They on Grubhub but have nothing on the menu. A waste of time.
