Rickette's - Réserver une table

For personal reasons, I've held off giving a review, but things are getting quite ridiculous. First off on certain days, there should be two people working the front line one on the cash register taking walk in orders and the other gathering food to distribute to customers and checking the machines for delivery orders. A person can only work so fast, and this is where the disconnect happens between the customer and worker, and frustrations arise. No one should have to wait 50 minutes for six pieces of chicken, and please stop serving people food you wouldn't eat. THE FRIES ARE ALWAYS HORRIBLE AND OLD!

Went there a few months ago, because the food is good at most times....but the service is what made me really stop going, the older lady at the front always has a nasty attitude...I dont need all that nastiness when I'm spending my money. I understand people have bad days, but EVERYDAY seems like a bad day for her. So no thanks, I'll get my wings elsewhere where they are not rude.

I really missed Ms Bolden. Glade to see her back. This woman works hard. I couldn't do it. By Ricketts being in the map people comes in all day with doordash, Uber eats etc. the Chicken and Fish ? some of the hottest order. I'll seen the line out the door. Hat off to the cook also. They're hard worker there. Out door order and indoor order. I take my hate off to them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The bald head heavy set lady had and always has had an attitude!!! VERY RUDE!!! VERY SLOW!!! JUST GHETTO!!! DON’T GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR MONEY!!! I DON’T HATE PEOPLE BUT I HATE HER SO MUCH!!!

I ordered 3 wings and an Arizona and it took 35 minutes to get my simple order, but when I took a bite into the wings I thought they were mediocre at best and weren’t actually wings just fried chicken.
