Rick's Custom Meats

This was my first visit to the store, and wow! The tri-tip was the best I've ever had; I smoked it on the grill last night and it was delicious! Today, I tried the seafood boil, which featured their own sweet Italian sausage, and it was fantastic (especially since we ended up cooking one for breakfast)! I'm also excited to try the Buffalo burgers we bought. The only letdown was that they were out of the famous beef sticks, but everything else more than made up for it! I will definitely be coming back!

Their specialty is the variety of meats available, including unique options like buffalo, alligator, and elk, among others. They also make delicious jerky, featuring items like Gator Wagyu! The sausage selection is enormous; have you ever heard of Christmas Sausage? What about Gummy Bear or Candy Corn sausage? Additionally, they offer processing services for deer or any game you bring in. This is definitely a must-visit spot in downtown Lithia (even though there's not much of a downtown)!

I saw the recommendations on Next Door for the best meat in town, so I decided to check it out. The service was outstanding! I had a sandwich for lunch, and it was absolutely delicious! Today, I tried the sausage and was really impressed—very flavorful with very little fat (they make their own sausages). I can't wait to try the filet! From now on, I’ll be getting all my meats from here!

This place is fantastic! Their sausages and hamburger meat are excellent. I drive two hours just to get their meat—that’s how good it is. Today, I picked up some NY Strip, Brisket, and their "Everything But The Bun" mix, which includes everything you’d put on a hamburger, all blended into ground sirloin they make on-site. It's amazing! I highly recommend cooking them on the grill. Réservez une table maintenant

I can't express enough how impressed I am with Rick's Custom Meats. Rick is an excellent person—fair and friendly. The quality of the meat is outstanding, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleanliness of the facility is exceptional. I recently had them butcher a couple of pigs for me, and the results surpassed my experiences with other butchers. Great job, Joseph!

While the food may be decent, the owners lack warmth, offering only empty smiles while taking advantage of struggling American families for a few extra dollars. I genuinely hope they find some form of redemption. Wishing everyone a good day.

The best smoked meats I've ever had! You absolutely must try the Star Special—it's incredibly delicious. Be sure to check out the store as well; I always leave with Cajun Boiled Peanuts. I can't wait to return!

My wife grew up in this area and last year she took me to Ricks for lunch. The Cuban sandwich was absolutely fantastic! We've returned five times since then—it's such a charming place to grab a meal! Réservez une table maintenant

Despite its small size, this restaurant offers fantastic food, both inside and from the BBQ outside. It's almost always bustling with activity, and the staff are consistently friendly.

This place is amazing! They offer Cuban sandwiches and a variety of delicious meats. They also have old-fashioned bottled sodas, and everything is reasonably priced.
