Ricky's All Day Grill

Over all our experience at Ricky's was very unpleasant, I honestly think it is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. When the waitress addressed us she often used terms of endearment such as "Sweet Pea, Hun, Darling, Sweet heart, and ext. " towards myself and my husband, as well as the other people we were eating with. Which is very unprofessional. Our waitress was very unattentive. There was not enough cutlery on the table, which normally isn't a big deal but she was not around enough to ask for more. The staff were very friendly. Food was a bit over priced for what you got. Quality of food was average. Got chicken and ribs and the ribs were so fatty the chicken was good but the cooks were lacking quality control in the ribs. Also had the baked cheese soup it was good I recommend that dish. The water tastes funny. Not sure if it is just Brooks water or the chemical residue from the dishwasher cause every cup tasted weird.

The best part of our visit was that we were seated quickly. My order came to the table, it was wrong. Pancakes tasted like just add water. Asked for some jam, she forgot about it. She asked if we needed the debit machine, she forgot. I don't know what happened because it was a good place to go but the last few times we've been the service has been not so great

Brooks alberta The food was great. The restaurant was filthy in the dining part the floors I’m talking about they were not swept huge chunks of food and stuff underneath the tables obviously don’t move. Their tables or sweep lady are waitress was wonderful. Just think they should sweep their floors. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant

Went for brunch with a friend. Waitress took our drink order but waited 15-20 minutes for our coffee to arrive. Had to get our own brunch menus from the bar because she disappeared without a trace. Food was delicious but service left a lot to be desired

Always come here for breakfast when I stay in brooks. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and the service is usually really good. They have a pretty good breakfast menu and the prices aren't to bad. The omelettes are really good.

the Econologde attached had a nice clean, if older room, quite,comfortable. value priced for sure. on the main drag, easy to find. we got takeout from Ricky's the night before, and it was quite good.

Breakfast was my favorite but we enjoyed dinner there too. Friendly people and great service. You will not be disappointed if you want a good meal. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was only ok, service was pretty slow. Think this place has gone bankrupt and now changed hands. Doesn't seemed to.have helped matters.
