Ricky's All Day Grill

Waited 1.5 hours for mediocre heat lamp baked meals. This was after multiple requests on meal status to waitress. The restaurant was not busy and other patrons were served ahead. We saw meals under lamp. Multiple items also not available on menu. Milk we thought was a staple for kids but they had run out. Wanting to provide feedback to restaurant management we were out of luck. Advised that there are two managers and neither available. Waitress serving was most senior and self reported that she was on probation but as close to mgmt as we will get. Any other options I asked...a phone

I've eaten at various Ricky' locations across the country and I don't generally make a point to patronize chains when I have the chance to eat from a smaller locally owned/operated establishment. That said, there was a great promotional offering from the nearby hotel (which offered an underwhelming breakfast option) to eat here so we did over the course of two mornings. In both cases our meals were promptly served, the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our youngest diner, and the price was very good.

My granddaughter and I stopped for brunch on our way to Cranbrook. I ordered a salad my granddaughter ordered Eggs benny. We waited about 20 minutes maybe even longer for our meal to come. It was OK certainly nothing special. The waitress said she would bring my garlic toast along shortly. I finished the meal and the toast still hadn't arrived so I said it wasn't necessary to bring it as we were finished. For over $40 including tip I won't be going back.

I'm stingy with my ratings but this is actually a pretty good spot for breakfast. Some will find it a bit on the slow side so allow yourself the time to enjoy it. Folk here are very pleasant but the privacy benefits afforded by the panels make it difficult to get service attention when you need something. The coupons that come with a stay at the adjacent hotel make it very affordable. Convenient if you are staying close by

I was there for dinner and to watch the hockey game, it took two periods for the staff to figure out the sound. I ordered their hot wings, the drummets are large but they are deep fried frozen giving the rubbery texture just thaw them out before the deep fryer. the menu is extensive and is similar to Montana's, Moxies, etc but if you are staying at the hotel this or Tim's across the highway

Have eaten at this restaurant several times and always consistently good food and service, Never seem to care if you want to stay a long time and visit with the people you are worth. Took two customers for breakfast this week and great as usual.

I went to Rickys for a late lunch and breakfast. Had the shrimp pasta that was very good, salad had a sweet sauce I didn't enjoy it. Breakfast had the eggs benedict and it was very tasty! Very attentive service

Five of us had breakfast here and the food and service were great. Such a wide menu selection helped everyone have what they wanted including gluten free folks.

Food was ok but once you get your food staff is to busy visiting with each other to serve you. This was the worst service I have ever had.

They have six separate bathrooms- three for males and three for females. What a treat to be in individual rooms.
