This worst service all year. This old head is the worst and laziest person working; he did not want us to order with him and told us to go to the machine. After going to the machine, when we went up to pay with cash, he looked at us and said, ‘Pay when you get your food.’ We waited 50 minutes and no food; we went and asked about our food and he said he did not get the order even though he told us to wait. The old geezer needs to be fired or something, the young man is chill tho.
I ordered off phone and when I got there this ginger guy who was working the grill was again at the shop yesterday and somehow even when there was no action he still took long on my food. The food was okay but the bread ended up falling apart too. I use to love this place but I’m slowly falling out of love with the lack of quickness in service.
Another place where you call in your order 25 minutes before you get there and they don’t start making your food until you arrive and pay for your order , why even have phone in orders available order placed at 11:10 got a text in the lobby , orders ready 3 minutes ago still standing here it is now 11:55still waiting received order at 1157
5 stars all around. We always get pick up from here and the food never disappoints. Philly’s are top notch, would recommend to anybody in the area. Always super friendly and quick service when we go. As an added bonus they have frozen elephant inside, great options for desert. Especially the elephant ears ! Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered the Philly steak with extra cheese, mushrooms, and onions (since I'm not a fan of lettuce or the sun sauce/Italian dressing). Unfortunately, the pepper sauce on my bread was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and I didn't receive any mushrooms. I was really disappointed.
I had a disappointing experience with a rude woman at the cash register while ordering through DoorDash. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, but they hadn't even started it yet. It took me an hour to get just a half sub.
They are specialized in Philly cheese steaks, chicken Philly steaks and others. The subs and sandwiches are just really moist, crunchy bread and the way the cooking is done is really juicy and delicious. I love ordering from there.
Best Philly sub I've had in years! I don't say that lightly. I order the Philly cheesesteak with pepper relish. This sandwich was absolutely delicious. Cashier was very pleasant and service was fast. I'll make a return very soon. Réservez une table maintenant
The lady who works the register is the reason I gave this a 5 star! I will tip everytime she’s there from now on. The food has always been good.
