During my first call, a woman answered and immediately spoke to me in Spanish, asking me to hold. I responded “okay” in Spanish and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. I understand that restaurants can get busy; I’ve worked in food service for over eight years. However, when she finally came back to me, I had a question regarding the food, as one of my friends doesn't eat meat. Instead of helping, she dismissed me, saying she didn’t have time to deal with my question and told me to call back when I was ready to place my order.

Food was bland, non-authentic, and over all not worth it. I paid $14 for a burrito fill with 85% white rice and 15% chicken, topped off as what can be described as microwaved cheese. Service was eh at best. I genuinely dislike writing reviews, but this one felt necessary considering its “high” reputation. Parking: Confusing is the best way to describe it. Practice some Spanish at this tasty and authentic Mexican spot with a big menu and huge delicious portions. Some of the best guacamole we’ve had in New Jersey, hands down. Burria taco specials, pinguino, fortachon, tacos arabes, platters, and kids menu too. Jarritos soda and coke products, plus nice hot coffee. Friendly service and fun atmosphere with cool music. Many Spanish speakers but welcoming to English speakers who try. :

I ordered the appetizer nachos, which are perfect for sharing among 2-3 people. I also had three beef tacos, which come with both yellow and white tortillas, and are garnished with cilantro. I absolutely love their sauce—it's always delicious and has a nice spicy kick. I highly recommend this place! The service is quick, and the prices are fantastic.
This restaurant offers authentic and delicious food. The guacamole is made fresh to order and is huge, accompanied by a generous serving of chips—it's fantastic! The birria tacos are outstanding as well; each order comes with four tacos and the consommé served alongside is incredibly tasty. A job well done, La Raza!
I thought this place would be decent and decided to tell my Dad to try it out. He couldn't read the menu cause it was all in Spanish, but the lady helped him navigate to buy some beef tacos. He ended up tossing the food in the garbage and said the meat tasted like shoe leather and it was inedible.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Im from California and lived in NJ for the last 10 years and have yet to find a great quality Mexican restaurant until now.The birria tacos are seriously amazing. Don't pass on this place! Stop in and get an amazing meal

The place was down right nice. They did the inside real good. Food was on point and the helpings were large. Service was unquestioned great! Really good cooks ?? I would recommend this place to others.
I got taDelicious! I cannot wait to go back. This is my new Tex mex place. Food is fresh.
