I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I waited over an hour for my food, which never arrived. When I called to ask about it, the person I spoke to informed me that the driver had mistakenly delivered my order to someone else. To make matters worse, the driver falsely claimed that he had communicated with me, which was not true. Instead of resolving the issue, both the driver and the staff accused me of having received my food, even though I hadn’t. They also refused to issue a refund. I had a really negative experience at this restaurant. I placed my order around 9 PM, and with their closing time being midnight, I anticipated a response about my food. When I called to check in, the man who spoke Spanish was extremely rude and nearly shouted at me for my address. I still haven’t received my meal or a refund for the order I never got. I would advise steering clear of this so-called restaurant; you'll likely end up feeling disappointed and wasting your money.

Be careful ordering from this place. I order and more then 30 mins after I ordered from them they decide to call me to tell me they did not have the ingredients to make my pizza. Then proceeded to tell me I can just cancel my order. I will never be ordering from them again. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Do not order from Ricoy Pizzeria. The pizza was poorly made, with something chewy and unusual in it, almost like a chunk. There was also random pepperoni in my sandwich. If you do order, consider using Uber Eats so you can get a refund for the low-quality food.
Great neighborhood pizzeria. Nice atmosphere inside with comfortable seating. Meat lover's pizza was fresh out of the oven with a nice crispy crust. Service was good.
