I recently relocated to Chicago and visited this cozy suburban club for one of my first nights out in the city. The service, from the ticket lady to the bar servers, was exceptionally friendly. While the drinks were a bit pricey like most comedy clubs, they were actually more affordable compared to other similar venues I've been to. As for the minimum drink requirement, this is a common practice in comedy clubs, and I've experienced it in clubs from LA to NYC. The tickets were very reasonably priced for the level of entertainment provided, and my friend and I had a fantastic time. I can't wait to come back!
The comedian, TK Kirkland, was really good. The fee to get in and the price for drinks was reasonable. The drinks weren't watered down and they had bottled water available for their two drink minimum. We were packed into the location like sardines. They only take cash at for the bar and I don't remember seeing that before I sat down. Everyone sat at brown folding tables with stackable chairs. I don't see me going back because it was too crowded and the seating was substandard
I honestly believe these reviews of 5 Stars are staged. It's a 2 drink minimum,not a problem. I order my drink. A martini. What bartender puts ice in the drink???? They do this just to give you less. We all know the cheep liquor that is used already and now you add ice to pour less? Linda is extremely rude when I said I ordered a buzz not a snow cone...some people can't handle the truth. I'll never go back and I'll bad mouth this place till the end.
tk kirkland, damien williams and the opening act were great. both were super cool and good looking. they were so on earth and took photos with their fans. definitiw a 5 show. but the overprice 2 drink minimum! we paid $60 for the show and $75 for 4 drinks. makes it sense, please. The bar is fantastic with excellent security, and it featured outstanding performances from Chicago acts. There are plenty of seating and standing options available. Easy parking, arrived early, and enjoyed an incredible performance by T.K Kirkland. Excellent experience overall!
I had an amazing time. When I say I laughed so hard I couldn't breath. Damen is an outstanding host. Where can you go and see top comedians for a great price. Riddles offer that and more. Awesome place and will definitely be returning to support the comedy world. ???
