Usually I an find some redeeming value in a review- maybe the food was bad but the service was great or something. In this case, I cannot find anything good to say. It started when I filled out the online reservation for 10 days before Mother's Day. When you complete the form, it gives you a message the a manager will call and confirm. After 3 days I called the restaurant myself to make sure we were on the list. The person who answered could not find any record of our reservation, but she did put us down for the time requested. I was a little concerned but decided it would be ok. The same person directed me to a website Mother's Day graphic that had details of their Mother's Day brunch optio...
Overall this is a nice restaurant, but Pitt experience wasn’t great. My husband’s halibut was tasty but nothing special, my trout was delicious. Our service left much to be desired. Our waitress would disappear and we waited long periods for her to check on us. She forgot to bring my husband’s drink and we had to flag her down to get it. When we went to check out she brought our check back and things did not look right. She had wrung up another table’s tab on our card and vice versa—not okay! We had eaten here before with a better experience, so hopefully this was an isolated incident.
the main rib special was very good and enough for me to take home for a very nice meal the next day. the steak of my friend was perfectly cooked with a delicious peppercorn cognac sauce. our squash zucchini plants Medley was not cooked over and was very well seasoned. the drinks were just as good as ever. sam made a perfect dirty martini and pfirsich martini that was the right note for our vulcan garnel. I've eaten here many times and they can never like. it was the perfect place to take my gas.
Poor service.. never asked if my steak was, no refill on cocktails, and lost my card for a few minutes… Still tipped 35% because we have been there a handful of times and the service is normally much better.

Everything was great. We had excellent service, food drinks. The owner visited us to be sure we were 100% satisfied. We were very pleased and we will be back.
We really enjoy the ridge. They have great seafood. We particularly like the Dover soul. Wonderful outdoor seating area.
Food and drinks were excellent. The Lobster Thermador was suburb. We have no complains and will return with friends.
The couple behind the bar was so nice. I’ll start eating at the bar when I’m at the Ridge.
