"The restaurant is clean with friendly staff. I opted for the vegetarian version of the wet burrito Mojado and it was delicious with fresh ingredients. If you're in town and craving Mexican food, this place is a must-try."

After the gym and a bike ride at Shoreline I took Gavin here to refuel. We were both hungry and was ready to feast. I don't eat papusas often but for some reason I felt that it was my destiny to consume some. This restaurant is very small and it gets busy and after eating here I can see why. Service was spotty. I couldn't tell if they were short because they were busy or if it's because they didn't care or was annoyed that it was busy. That was the impression I felt.. because this place was busy I sent Gavin off to fend for himself so he can hunt down a table for us whilst I order and pay. We tag team all the time when we need to. We really like this place a lot. My girlfriend, who is Mexican, and I have eaten here a few times and it has beem great every time. She likes their pupusas and i have had a azada burrito and the enchilada plate. Plus we shared a quesadillas. We also love the agua fresca. We have had the jamaica a few times and it is quite tasty. The food and drink are excellent and the staff are very friendly. Lots of spanish speaking people are in the restaurant always...which of course is another good sign. They get pretty busy, but your patience will be rewarded with great comida! We highly recommend this fine establishment!

We arrived at the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon only to find out they had run out of Menudo. Disappointing, but we ended up trying their birria tacos, chicken tamales, and pupusas instead. The tamales were wrapped in banana leaf, a new experience for me, and they were the best tamales I've ever had! The only other tamales I've tried were from the Walmart parking lot, which were also pretty good. I highly recommend trying this place out as they serve delicious Salvadorian and Mexican cuisine.

Hidden in a corner of an old shopping plaza, this restaurant may be easily overlooked, but the taste will not disappoint. The service is friendly and welcoming, offering a fusion of traditional Salvadoran and Mexican cuisine. We tried both the regular and special pupusas, which were freshly made and delicious. The carne dinner plate was also a hit. We definitely plan on returning.
