that was my first visit in the ring of bells. Although I don't live far from taunton, and often visit them taunton, a real ale drinker. there was a great choice, from and in excellent condition. directly from the city center and from the somerset county cricket and the brewhouse theatre. the ring of bells is a must pub for real visit ale that can be in the opposite.
Perfect place for date night with my husband. It was quite busy the evening we went but we managed to sit upstairs where it was quieter which was nice. The food was AMAZING! The staff were also amazing, very attentive. We had starters and mains, all were lovely but especially the bbq pulled chicken burger and the spicy beef burger! Definitely recommend 10/10!
Booked here on the recommendation of the B&B we were staying at, definitely not disappointed, we had two lovely vegetarian meals (eat meat but the menu description tempted us for a change and we were not disappointed, very welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent pint of Guinness as well. Very busy, so would recommend booking as we did.
