The room has some defects that impact the stay Bathroom door makes a loud click when it closes The room only has 1 outlet and it wasn't working. I had to ask for an extension cord to be able to use the bathroom socket in the room. The lamp ballast made more noise than the air conditioning. The service at the reception is 10. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, however, with few sockets. And, the air conditioner remote control didn't work, even after changing the batteries. The break fast is very good!! And the service from the girls, even better!! Cíntia is sweet, polite, cordial, helpful and very efficient!! Congratulations!! Rooms: 4 Service: 5

The buffet is varied and well worth it. The room was very good, the only bad thing is that, at night, you can hear a lot of noise from some machine (probably from the outside air conditioning). Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

The restaurant in terms of service and quality of food is outstanding, I liked it and it is recommended, the meat menu is exquisite, we paid about 325 reais for two people, the quality of the staff is very good. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5
