Rio Mambo Weatherford

Had the Fajitas. Waitress stated how good they were and always brought out sizzling hot. Well, we all know that Fajitas brought to your table sizzling with that awesome aroma is due to a restaraunt secret that is used for Fajitas called 'Sizzle Sauce '. A liquid that is squirted on the hot plate just before delivery. Low and behold, this was not the case here. They came to the table with but a whimper of sizzle. I thought the waitress looked a bit embarrassed. No big deal. The Fajita meat was trimmed in huge slices which needed to be cut down into thirds before loading into the tortilla. Still...they were very tasty although the veggies seemed very undercooked. Maybe due to no steamed sizzle sauce to help them along. It was one of the better experiences at Rio Mambo. I have now been to three of their DFW Weatherford locations. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
