Unfortunately I made the mistake of relying on other reviews in trying this restaurant for the first time. Freshness of food is highly questionable. Tuna was a dark grey/brown color. Hibachi steak had a sour after taste. For sushi, there was a higher ratio of rice to fish; not to mention it wasnt even sushi rice, just regular medium grain rice was used. Presentation of sushi came in a pasta bowl. Bottom line is if you're looking for a very non traditional sushi spot you may want to consider this and hope you don't get sick.

Store made a mistake with order ready or not and got the customer wait with an attitude. No apologies no even said “you can take a seat”. Just admit you made a mistake and say sorry then people don’t mind waiting. Gotta be at least a bit professional to do business, Ok. Following up: Used UberEats and complained about what happened then got fully refunded. If you ever encountered similar things from the restaurant which I saw some reviewers mentioned. Don’t hesitate to reach out for your online order company.

My other places were closed that night so I wanted to give Rio another try. Sushi (Nigiri) looked like it was cut and prepared by a child, with massive wasabi bombs under each piece. Rolls were sloppy and lacked quality. We were the only ones in there and it took abnormally long. Everything about it was sketchy. We were starving and no one ate much. Gave a large tip out of pity.

The seating is not that comfortable. The ambiance is a bit lacking. It took a while for sushi to come out. The waitress was nice. The food wasnt bad but there is a lot of sushi places that make the same stuff. There isnt really any thing special or unique to me about this place.

Have yet to sit down but their indoor arrangement looks so comfy. But as always when I order from their the food is fresh and yummy. Especially love the dressing the put on their salads.
