The food is my main concern, I ordered nachos and two tacos one chicken and one steak The chicken taco; the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Riobamba is by far my favorite go to for tacos. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and super helpful in making great menu decisions. My family loves to choose a variety of meats for our tacos, which is great because then we can have it all. The authentic sauces are amazing! My personal favorite is the Chimichurri sauce: . The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the service is fast. But the food very much lacks any flavor. The attached photo of the rights and beans should say enough. The rice is probably instant rice and the beans right from the can with no treatment. The tacos were all very bland. Luckily, they didn’t overcook the lamb, but it was very bland. The carnitas and Al pastor were super dry and bland. The only thing worth eating is the fish taco. Sadly, won’t be coming back.
What a hidden gem this place turned out to be! Tony knows his stuff and has passion for cooking amazing, authentic, and fresh food. He had me try smoke Brisket that he cooked/smoked for 15 hours with yucca fries and homemade sauces WOW!!! Definitely coming back to try Tacos and different meat options very soon

Food ruined. Asked for cilantro and cheese and got cilantro and onion. 20$ dollars for 2 tacos and yukka fries and couldn't even get it right. I live 30 minutes away. Not worth driving back for the fix. Extremely annoyed!
I love the food at Riobamba, it's authentic and the servings are generous. The yuca fries are crispy and light. Their shrimp tacos are my favorite. Remember to leave room for the flan!
Disappointing that they close at 8 but stop serving early. Not customer service focused. There are two many businesses that appreciate consumer loyalty to patronize this establishment.
Great taco joint! The staff was nice and attentive. Food was great! Would recommend this place to everyone
