I have been coming to this location inside of UTC Mall for 3 1/2 years. When I first started coming here around Christmas of 2020 The prices were extremely reasonable, the ingredients were fresh and the restaurant was busy all of the time! We are talking a 30 to 40 minute wait just to get your food. Since this time I have seen more turnover than you could imagine. We are talking 7 or 8 different managers in this period of time, not to mention countless other employees that have come and gone, only a few have managed to stick around.
