There is nothing wrong with the pub, it's old fashioned and the clientele are older 60+ but the roasts are very good. Little advice though if the owner reads this try and up your own profits by adding cauliflower cheese or put the costs for additional stuffing balls or yorkshire puddings it's an upsell for you. Would also recommend slightly better dessert and vegetarian options but apart from that I go regularly and will continue to. When you walk in straight away there is someone there to take you to your seat which is fantastic if you want quick service.The lady who served us was named Alicia and she gave us awsome customer service, she took time to let us order and read the order out for no mistakes and was really helpful.The food was quick and took no time at all and it was amazing one of the best burgers I have had and the cooked dinner was great also.For what it is the pricing to portion ratio was perfect and affordable for most.Overall this experience was fabulous and would definitely recommend. Contaced you today with regards to making a booking for a meal one evening this week, I spoke a gentleman and asked if we could be sat in a quieter part of the restaurant as my dad is currently undergoing chemo treatment for cancer, wow anyone would have thought I’d asked to be sat at the hand of god the way the man treated me. He informed me he couldn’t give me a separate room and he couldn’t say how busy you would be really your packed to the rafters on a Thursday evening at 6 are you?? Absolutely appalling service, I wouldn’t eat at your pub now if it was free.

It was a quiet late lunchtime so lack of atmosphere was really not their fault. Sign outside said 'food all day ' but after we 'd arrived they put up signs saying 'no food til 4 ' which doesn 't seem like 'all day '.... Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
