Ristorante Belvedere

ever komt inside door in de lobby van het hotel de lift te nemen naar de bovenste etage. vanaf buiten zou je het niet guarded, maar zodra je de lift uit stapt denk je haast dat het je een flinke duit gaat cost. maar ik vond het nou niet heel duur. wij zijn met 2e weze eten. men vriendin de carpaccio met as hoofdjust lasagne en ik zelf had de prosciutto met de rucksteak. over de carpaccio en de lasagne what he nevers te sue. dit smaakte daroon erg goed. de prosciutto eveneens. real toen ik mijn hoofdjust kreeg kwam er een bord aan met inderdaad een redelijke steak een couple aardappelschijfjes, couple boontjes, een stukje broccoli, een stukje bloemkool en 4 schijfjes wortel. toen ik werkelijk; wat moet dit voorstellen? maar wat woke mij een verassing! elk stukje groente was gedoopt of gebakken of bewerkt met 1 of other jus of saus ( culinair bak ik helemaal niks van). en dat maakte elk object op het bord over-heerlijk. dit was het zeker waard.Afgesloten met 2 desserts, de tiramisu en walnoten gebakje met vanille eis en slagroom. ook dit was weer enormous goed te wet. in totaal 3 cola’s gedronken met 2e. en were net en €75,- kwijt. het is niet het goedkoopste restaurant, maar voor die €75,- en de luxe bediening met een mooie tafel en een trembling uitzicht, mocht het van mij ook wel €100,- cost.

This also allows you to experience the great modern restaurants with their great influences from the Asian, fusion or molecular cuisine. what surprised me now, however, was this restaurant, which seems a bit like from the time. blessed with a really great view, it almost completely resists today's demand of furniture or dips. the seating is as well as the pouch mill on demand, which seemed to be nothing to the audience present, which consisted mainly of businessmen. cork fillet tips with mushrooms are, of course, a great dish, especially if the associated sauce is able to inspire. Unfortunately, however, the gifted vegetables were in its originality from the nineties: they already know - a few blanchded tubules, six little ones and three flower-cauliflower and broccoli-roas. boring and unloaded from any taste to fresh. the seductively sounding tagliatelle with asparagus sauce alla carbonara proved to be said noodles with a boring salmon cream sauce and a few asparagus sections. Priced is the belvedere quite in the higher range, however, qualitatiw is still a lot of potential up.

we all know this Italian hospitality with culinary delights and a good glass of wine. you can find this not only in italia, no with outstanding views of the Rhine and the ruhrorter bridge is this in the restaurant belvedere des hotels la vigie. we have been here more often for dinner and have been able to experience the most beautiful sunsets of the most beautiful kind, besides an excellent food, friendly and professional service. Therefore we have started a larger family celebration now with a lunch in the belvedere, which has fallen very much to all guests and was the optimal starting point for a day that remains in memory. from our own you will miss something if you have not experienced this restaurant in ruhrort once!

the location, the view and the quality of eating all at high level. the card has a wide spectrum with Italian food. there is something for each taste direction. we'll be back.
