What a wonderful experience!!! The staff were all incredibly friendly. They actually have the gluten free products they use on display at the bar, which was a very good sign for me. Our waitress took my request for a gluten free pizza in absolute stride and was happy to answer questions. When the customary basket of rolls and herb butter alongside some delicious looking bruschetta arrived for my four non celiac dinner companions, I did not expect the waitress to turn to me and ask me to wait just one second. A really great pizzeria, we come as often as possible because there are fortunately also delicious gluten-free pizzas and noodles. Very good Italian restaurant, with various fresh dishes. For us this is the best pizza in all of Bochum, for years. The atmosphere around the nice team of Da Carlo is very good, how we feel very comfortable. And for me the restaurant Da Carlo has earned not 5 but 6 stars. We always like to come.
